2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

It is our pleasure to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of your club to be held on Sunday 26th April at 2:00pm in the Evergreen Hall. A copy of the agenda is included showing the order of the reports and election of officers etc.

The current officers are John Young (Chairman), David Baxter (Treasurer), Dave Simpson (Membership Secretary), Phil Duesbury (Health & Safety Officer), Eileen Young (Club Secretary), Ann Kerry (Booking Secretary), Andrew Harrison (Publicity Officer) and committee members Bob Gerrard.

The AGM will give you the opportunity to listen to the reports of the club’s activities for the last period and to question and comment as appropriate

The committee propose the membership fee to remain at £10 and activity fees to remain the same for the coming year , starting in September .This will be put the vote at the AGM.

Any member attending the AGM on Sunday 26th April can enjoy the Cream Tea planned to follow the AGM, at no cost.
